Artistic Imagery, Inc. was founded in 2006 by its three owners: Nicholas Albert, Louis Cipollini and Isaac Bensadoun. Albert, formerly of Web Media Group, has photographed large sporting venues, professional athletes and many other promotional events for elite firms around the world. Cipollini, formerly of Cipollini Photography, has been doing wedding photos since 1995 in the same location we are in today! Bensadoun is best known from his previous company, Images by Isaac, and for his work as a wedding and mitzvah photographer.

With a current staff of 18 photographers, we are capable of photographing 450 weddings and events per year. However, we choose to limit that number to just under 400 in order to have backup photographers on call at all times. Ready to ‘tie the knot’? Call our studio and set up an appointment with Stefanie. During the start of your wedding planning process, you might be inclined to call around to various studios and ask what the prices for their services are. Please be aware that we do not give out pricing over the phone because we take a whole different approach to dealing with our customers. We take a very consultative approach and like to meet with our brides to customize a wedding day collection specific to what they’re looking for. It’s very important to us that you get the exact services and products that you desire on your wedding day. Not to mention, we are extremely proud of our studio and want you to come in so you can see, touch and feel everything we have to offer! It’s impossible for us to convey our vision to you over the phone, so we look forward to your visit.

We are always no hassle, no pressure. Come in for the consultation and we’ll give you some information to take home with you. We understand it’s a big decision and there are no expectations for you to commit to anything during your visit. Once you have met with Stefanie and feel really good about hiring Artistic Imagery as your photographer, that’s when it all begins for us. Your information is put into the system immediately and your lead photographer is scheduled. Once that happens, your photographer will be given all of your information so that they can familiarize themselves with your big day. Approximately a month to a few weeks before your wedding, your photographer will be in touch with you to discuss the entire day’s details. This is a great opportunity for you and your photographer to get to know each other and bounce ideas off each other prior to showing up on wedding day.

After your wedding, you can expect to get a phone call within 21 business days to pick up your proofs. At that time, we’ll await permission to display all of your proofs online for friends and family to view. Our new online web gallery has all sorts of functionality…you can order thank you cards, additional prints, coffee mugs, etc. Additionally, we have iPhone and iPad files available for download as well as Facebook-sized pictures.

The next step is your album design. Now the fun begins! Once you have made your selects for the album, you will come in and go over them with our staff. The design process is very interactive because we want you to be very involved with the final product. We do the initial design, which you can view online and give ideas for changes. We allow one set of changes and we will send you a revised proof for approval. Being able to see the album through every step of the process ensures that you will be happy with the final product! Once you approve the design of your album, allow approximately eight weeks for it to be ready for pickup.

If you have other products in your original order, everything will be delivered at once when your album is ready for pickup. Did we mention that we include all of your images on a disc with the rights to print them?

Wedding Photography Q & A

1. How much are your packages?
Naturally this is the first questions that everyone asks… If we don’t have a package that fits your needs and you love our work, we will find something that fits!

2. Can I meet my photographer?
We are a full service company and you better believe you can meet your photographer. After you have booked your wedding, we set up a meeting with you and your photographer at your request. Most people trust that we will match you up with the right photographer, which we do a fabulous job with, but it’s not enough for everyone, so yes, we can arrange for a meeting!

3. How soon are my proofs ready?
Our turnaround time is within 21 business days from your wedding date, which is about one month!

4. Do you have backup photographers and equipment?
We always have a few photographers off the schedule on any given weekend in the case of a photographer being sick or for whatever reason, unable to perform the services. All of our photographers are required to have back up equipment!

5. Can I own the rights to my pictures?
With our wedding collections, you will receive a disc of all of your images in Hi Resolution, with the rights to print or access to download them from your website.

6. Have you worked at my reception venue?
More than likely we have worked at your reception venue since we photograph just about 300 weddings per year, however, in the event that we haven’t, we are artists and we have your back!!! There is no venue that we cannot do a fabulous job with assuming we haven’t been there before. A lot of our brides request engagement sessions and this is a perfect opportunity for you to meet your photographer, at your reception venue!
